Come flow through energizing vinyasa yoga classes with 2-3 yoginis, who will co-teach and assist you throughout the class.
With their hands-on adjustments, the yoginis will help you modify poses, improve alignment, ensure safety and deepen your poses.
Vinyasa style yoga focuses on connecting movement with breath and fluid transitions between poses.
Classes start on February 3rd and repeat every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month throughout April.
