Come flow through energizing vinyasa yoga classes with 2-3 yoginis, who will co-teach and assist you throughout the class. With their hands-on adjustments, the yoginis will help you modify poses, improve alignment, ensure safety and deepen your poses.
Vinyasa style yoga focuses on connecting movement with breath and fluid transitions between poses.
Classes started on February 3rd and repeat every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month throughout April.

Classes are donation-based. All donations will benefit the Oxford Creative Center in its efforts to build a community space in Stamford that offers affordable and inclusive programming.
Please bring your own mat and water!
